• Sliced Mozzarella
• Tomato Slices
• Arugula
• Pesto
• Salt to taste

Tips

Each of our Caprese-style sandwiches has its own perks. this one gets the sweetness & fluffiness of our butter brioche. While not necessary, you can toast this bread first so it doesn’t get soggy from the pesto.

Salt is always a good idea, but this one can really use it. A pinch here to plus up the mozzarella, a pinch there to remove excess moisture from the tomatoes- a little salt goes a long way.
