• Cucumber Slices

Tips

Nothing beats the combination of lox and cream cheese. If you want to complete the combo, add some capers in there.

As strange as it sounds, you can get rid of the bitterness of cucumber by first cutting it in half and massaging a bit of salt into it. Rinse off the milky substance that comes out, and you should be left with cucumber slices that are crunchy and bright.
