• Basil
• Shredded Cheddar
• Olive Oil
• Garlic

Tips

We know it’s not traditional- don’t come for us. Mix your olive oil with minced garlic to spread on your Rustica sausage roll and give it a quick 1-2min of toasting. Then top it off, and maybe add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

Nobody likes a soggy sandwich. Take your tomatoes, place them on paper towels, and salt them. This removes excess water and brings out flavor.
