Tips
We love an excuse to use the classic combo of chocolate & hazelnut. Its richness works beautifully with tart strawberries and warm cinnamon. The slight crunch and flavor from the almonds are almost like a little nutty surprise in every bite.
You can easily flip this into a sandwich by putting the strawberry and almond pieces in between the brioche instead of on top.
