Cinnamon Sugar Brioche French Toast Bites

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Eggs
  • ¾ - 1 Cup of Milk
  • Butter
  • Salt to Taste
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Cinnamon Sugar
  • Chocolate Hazelnut Spread (For Dipping)

Description

Crisp, dippable brioche French toast bites coated in a sweet mix of cinnamon and sugar. Enjoy them as a fun breakfast or a yummy midday snack.

Recipe

  1. Start by cutting your brioche into even, thick slices. After, cut each slice into small cubes.

  2. Make your batter by whisking your eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and salt together.  Each piece of brioche gets soaked in the batter until thoroughly coated.

  3. Set your stovetop to medium-high heat and grease a pan with enough butter to coat it.  Once it's heated, cook your French toast bites in batches, until they’re fully cooked and crispy on the outside.

  4. While they’re still hot, transfer them into a mixing bowl and toss them with a blend of cinnamon and sugar.

  5. Once they are fully coated, let them cool for 1-2 minutes.

Plating

  1. Set Fill a ramekin or small bowl with your dip of choice. Personally, we like to use a chocolate hazelnut spread.

  2. Place your French toast bites in a bowl or on a plate and enjoy!

  3. Innovator’s Tip:
There are plenty of dips that taste great with these French toast bites. Here are a few others we recommend:

    • Maple Syrup (of course)
    • Vanilla Cream Cheese Dip
    • Melted Peanut Butter and Chocolate
