While it might seem like a lot, each ingredient has its purpose. The honey ham brings a little sweetness, the prosciutto has it's a more gamey flavor and is salty, and the muenster adds a nutty and sometimes tangy element. The lettuce brightens it up, and the mustard's acidity helps to offset the saltiness of the meats. And, of course, our brioche baguette gives a rich, buttery home to all of these ingredients.
