- Hot Dog Sausages
- Shredded Cabbage
- Diced Red Onion
- Relish / Diced Dill Pickle
- Mustard
- Crinkle Cut Potato Chips
Tips
These hot dogs aren’t too far from what you’d find down south. If you want to really make it the same, use your cabbage and red onion to make a slaw. Mix them with some mayo, vinegar or lemon juice, and salt & pepper. You’ll have a bright, creamy, crunchy coleslaw that goes perfectly with your hot dog and fluffy brioche bun.
