While it's by no means traditional, this cheeseburger does its best to maintain Italian ingredients and flavors like the Fontina Cheese and tomatoes. If you want to really nail that Italian-inspired flavor, go for an aioli that has garlic and Italian seasoning in it.

Get those cherry tomatoes nice and blistered for this sandwich. Cooking them reduces acidity and adds a pinch of sweetness.
