  • Anchovies (Cleaned and De-Boned)
  • Feta Cheese
  • Thinly Sliced Parsley


if you think you don’t like anchovies, just trust us on this. Get some that are fresh, and cook them up in a pan for a minute or two. The ultra-umami flavors with the salty & creamy feta cheese and a bright pop of parsley work well together.

If you want to offset the salty flavors a bit more, add some fresh diced tomatoes or some lemon juice.
