Tips

It’s all in the name. Zesty doesn’t even begin to describe this burger; but if it’s too potent try mellowing it out either with some lemon juice.

A nice addition to this cheeseburger is some honey mustard. the sweetness brings in that missing flavor, and the creaminess will mellow out the kick from the horseradish sauce.
